Strawberry Plants - Mixed

Medium to large bright red fruit with a strong fresh strawberry flavour.

The plants appear to be vine weevil resistant and have good mildew resistance when grown outside.

Prepare the ground well before planting.

Clear all the weeds and apply a generous amount of well-rotted manure.

When the strawberries are staring to form, put a thick layer of straw or use strawberry mats under the plants to stop the fruit touching the soil.

Strawberries can also be planted in tubs, containers and hanging baskets.

Excellent old fashioned strong strawberry flavour.

Once you try them you will never buy them from a supermarket again!

• Planting time: Early to late spring
• Harvest: June to Sep
• Hardiness: Hardy
• small young plants  

Growing Instructions:

Plant 30 - 40cm apart in well drained soil, hanging basket or pot on your patio in full sun.

Keep well watered until established and in dry weather.

Remove all runners as this will help the main plant grow.
