Many people swear by home grown chamomile tea to calm their nerves.

This lovely scented herb can add beauty to a garden and may have sedative qualities. 

Very easy to grow.

• Perennial
• Likes a full sun position.
• Plant in well drained soil.
• Keep just moist, not soggy wet.
• Can reach 12" (30 cm).
• Can flower with white 'daisy' like flowers June to October.
• When it grows to about 4" (10 cm) high give it a 'hair cut' with a pair of sharp scissors.
• Use the 'clippings' to make an infusion of chamomile tea, either green or dried!

If you wish, in about 3 months you can divide your plants up and plant into more pots to make more plants!
